Web is your shared calendar not yet upgraded? Web we're having an issue on our environment where users on a mail server keep getting no connection/could not be updated when trying to view a shared. The error message on the top of the tab say's ! Cannot be updated i already tried going to file>account. Web open the outlook, click on the ‘send/receive tab.
