exchange 2010 Why do I get "no connection" when viewing another user
Outlook Calendar No Connection. Web rebooted, reinstalled office and still has the same issue. Web users are using outlook 2010 including shared calendars and after a while shared calendars start to show no connection status and users can't reach.

Web rebooted, reinstalled office and still has the same issue. Please try to check this issue via using outlook web app to see whether they can access calendar without any issue. I noticed that it rebuilt everything since all shared email boxes are stored in the ost.
